Rich became an executive and leadership coach following a highly-successful and varied career in Sales and Organizational Management.  During the course of  his Sales Management and Consulting career, he has created high-performing organizations by serving as a role model for his employees and colleagues and mentoring them to help them reach their full potential. 

People who have worked with Rich value him for his communication and listening skills,honesty and integrity, passion, professionalism and commitment.  With his background and experience in business-leadership roles, Rich understands first-hand the challenges of running a business, motivating and managing others, and balancing career and personal goals.  As your Coach, he can serve as both a role model and a support system to help you achieve whatever is most important to you.

Rich attended the Virginia Military Insitute (VMI) and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ashford University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management.  Rich is a graduate of Fowler Wainwright International Institute of Professioanl Coaching, which is a certified Coach Training Insitute (CTI) approved organization.
